Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange, refund or store credit within 15 days from date of purchase.
Items must be returned in new condition—unworn, unwashed and with all original tags properly attached.
All sale items (including items purchased with a discount code, during a sale event or promotion) are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.
How Do I Return My Item?
If you need to return or exchange your item you must first email email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Please include your Order Number, product details and reason for return.
Once we have authorized your return please securely package your item and send it back to:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item back to us.
What If My Item Is Damaged Or Defective?
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize!
Please notify us and send a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will refund you, or replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an item that you feel is defective or damaged and you send it back to us and we determine there is nothing wrong with the item after a thorough inspection, you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges or issued a refund. The item will be sent back to you at your expense. For this reason please ensure you are sending us accurate and detailed photos of any possible defects or damages.
